Our client, a leading marketing agency based in Dublin is seeking a talented Business Development Executive for immediate start.
The role will involve identifying and targeting key companies in order to generate leads, presenting and following through the sales process to the final stages.
The role involves targeting Marketing and Brand Managers/Directors and Company owners in order to engage them into operating a sales promotion. The sectors you will target are FMCG, Financial Services, Marketing and Advertising Agencies, Motor, Telecoms and Retail.
Duties:
Generate leands - in conjunction with the Sales Director
Cold Calls, identification of decision makers
Assessment of the clients needs, identification of budgetary requirements
Preparation of full proposals which from time to time include PowerPoint presentations
Keeping accurate records on all business leads.
Sales closing techniques
Post-sales follow up
Key skills required
High levels of drive and a desire to source and close new business
A proven sales background
Strong focus on development of cusotnmer rrelationship
Understand customer requirements/changing demand
Team player, willing to be flexible in terms of helping out within the company to ensure the continued growth of the company
Remuneration Package
Basic salary up to ¿30,000 + commission
Quarterly and annual bonus of ¿2000
